Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance covers your purchase against lost and damaged packages.
We no longer cover packages that show delivered to your address but will assist in trying to locate it.
For lost packages, we can only open a claim 14 days from the mail date.
Packages that show delivered, we will first work with the carrier to try and locate the package. Most use GPS in the tracking device and can tell where the package was dropped off. If confirmed delivered to your location, you will need to sign off on a form we send you and mail it back to us in order for us to file the insurance claim.
Not available for International shipments.
